Core Flow

Core is a holistic flow with a little extra focus on your middle. Sometimes classic Pilates, sometimes a Pilates & yoga fusion, it’s perfect for everyone. It’s fun, feels amazing and is far more effective than endless gym crunches and leg lifts. You’ll get every inch of your body working together to build all-over strength and capability, beginning right from your centre. 

You’ll create a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility. Most of all, you’ll feel all-over great! 

And of course if you’re pregnant, and for everyone, please always check with your doctor first. It’s helpful to get advice from a qualified professional who knows your particular history.
