Yoga Basics

A good place to begin yoga or to review the basics. 

A simple flow that builds body awareness, while calming and focusing your mind. Moving with ease through simple and more challenging moments alike, you’ll feel refreshed, calm and happy. 

Nice, easy-going pace, slow moves, a great opportunity to dive into alignment and attention to detail. These classes tend to offer plenty of modifications too. 

And of course if you’re pregnant, and for everyone, please always check with your doctor first. It’s helpful to get advice from a qualified professional who knows your particular history.
